Stacy Maccubbin
Goldco, LLC
District Manager

Bringing 30 years of experience with the Burger King brand, Stacy joined the Goldco team in 2013. She’s done it all—from crew member to shift manager to assistant manager, store manager and, then, multi-unit manager, culminating in her present position of Broward District Manager. Her focus has always been on being a strong and inspiring team player. She leads by example and motivation, which has led to positive sales and low team turnover in her district.

Her exuberant family includes her husband, 2 children and a menagerie of well-loved critters!

Keta Repp
Goldco, LLC
District Manager

Keta began his career in the QSR industry in 1983, starting as a team member and working his way to a position of multi-unit manager by 1997. He joined Goldco in August of 2011 as a general manager, bringing a strong knowledge of inventory control and team management, which helped boost his team to outstanding performance. As District Manager in north Treasure Coast area, Keta continues to grow a strong management team that strives to excel.

In addition to being a huge sports fan, Keta enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and dabbling in his new hobby of motorcycling.

 

Charles Arbour
Goldco, LLC
District Manager

With his 15-plus years of experience in the QSR industry, Charles Arbour brings a measured training/mentor approach toward development, coupled with a strategic vision using actionable steps to produce consistent positive growth. Charles joined Goldco in 1999 following 20 dedicated years in the U.S. Air Force, including 11 years serving in Europe. As Senior District Manager in North Broward, he has facilitated overall employee stability through an incentive-based measured team-building approach utilizing structured and measurable training, which has resulted in sales growth and bottom line profitability. Local community partnerships have been forged under his leadership, including sponsorships with POP Warner, Boy Scouts and MDA.

Charles enjoys mountain biking, fishing, and his family, which includes his 3 grandchildren.

 

Jennifer Pollock
Goldco, LLC
District Manager

Jennifer started her career with Burger King as a teenager, beginning as an hourly team member and working her way up to restaurant manager in a couple of years. Taking a few years off to raise a family, she intermittently worked in her family’s business, honing her guest relations and managerial skills. In 1994, Jennifer returned to the Burger King franchise as restaurant manager where her passion to build a strong and successful team led her to taking the helm of top ranking restaurants in the Burger King brand.

In the short time following Goldco acquiring the franchise in Treasure Coast, in 2013, Jennifer reached her personal accomplishment of becoming a District Manager, where her team-oriented approach and love for the Burger King brand has added to the strong growth of that district.

 

Daniel Antonio Tapia
Goldco, LLC
Human Resources Director

Daniel’s career in HR began 12 years ago initiated by a keen interest in the “human” part of human “resources”—that is, people skills, tact, listening, understanding and adaptability. He began his career earning his “stripes” at an inner city staffing agency, working a culturally diverse environment. He was a key player in helping others to get started in their carrier paths and he quickly moved up the ranks to an upper management position. In 2007 Daniel was recruited by a university to assist with recruitment and compliance, earning his Master’s Degree in Human Resources while doing so. For 3 years, while at the university, he was a liaison to the university President’s counsel, assisting with HR issues and university initiatives. In 2010, a career move resulted in an HR position working with multi-units/multi-locations and, then, 2 years later, an offer of Director of Human Resources for a 27-location business. This business eventually closed its doors, hence, opening the way for Daniel to bring his talents to the Goldco team.

In 2013, Daniel joined Goldco as Human Resources Manager, eager to dive into the high-paced nature and demographics of the company. In 2014, after a company-wide divestiture, he assumed the position of Human Resources Director. From the start, he has helped shape a culture of care, appreciation and respect among the largely diversified 1200 team members. Daniel’s enthusiasm is for people—mentoring and helping them to be the best they can be.

Daniel’s passion is traveling, which has taken him around the world and back.
